W. Winn Chatham, MD, Professor of Medicine, Division of Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology, at the

Medicine . Dr. Chatham received his medical training at
Vanderbilt
University (1980) and completed his internship and residency at
University of
North Carolina . Dr. Chatham went on to do a fellowship in rheumatology at
University of
Alabama at
Birmingham . Dr. Chatham has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and continues to conduct clinical trials in both lupus and rheumatoid arthritis in addition to vasculitis and scleroderma. He has served as Program Director of the Training Program in Rheumatology since 1999. He is a member of the
American
College of Physicians, Alabama Society of Rheumatic Diseases, and
American
College of Rheumatology.
